Shopping cart: CCNow is an authorized online reseller from whom customers will purchase our products. All sales tax is paid through CCNow, and applies only to purchases in Minnesota. Please do not contact them directly with questions about products purchased here. Prices subject to change.
Shipping policy: Most items ship in less than 10 days, but due to the custom nature of our products, please allow up to 2 weeks. Shipping via FedEx Ground. Continental US only, please. No P.O. boxes.
Privacy policy: We do not sell or share the information you provide to us with any outside company or third party other than our trusted CCNow. We preserve your contact and order information in our private database for reference only.
Security of my information provided: CCNow is a secure, reliable vendor that handles all payment transactions. The utmost security measures are taken to protect your information. Credit card information goes directly to their secure site, not to pilloshop.com.
Forms of payment: CCNow currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, JCB credit cards & PayPal. Please note: DRI CCNow will appear on your credit card statement, not Pilloshop or Pilloh! or Best Design.

Return/exchange policy: Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items for a refund, minus all shipping charges within 10 days. Item(s) must be returned in pristine condition. Should you wish to return merchandise please do so by packing the merchandise using the original shipping box or better. Enclose packing slip in the shipment with your request of exchange and with details about the reason. Ship to Best Design Chicago, 2627 N Seminary, Chicago, IL 60614. Please include your phone number or email address in case we need to contact you regarding your request. Return shipments are paid for by the customer and we recommend you insure them.
Damaged shipment: In the rare instance your product should arrive damaged, you must report the damage to us within 3 days of receipt of items. Please keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item since our shipper may need the box for inspection. We can only send out a replacement after the claim has been filed with the shipper.
Shipping as gifts/ship to different address: Yes, we can send your purchase to an address other than the billing address. You may indicate the recipient as "ship to" different than "billing" address.
Online color representation: We do our best to display the color of our products accurately. Due to variations in color monitors and acceptable variations in handcrafted print runs, you may see slight color differences. Because of this we cannot guarantee that the products you order will be an exact color representation of what you see online, but we assure you every possible step has been taken to give you the best indication of color.
